FocusTracks ("we", "us") is operated by VILLARENOVA LLC. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you buy a session or bundle, join our email list, or send us a message, we collect the information you provide: your email address, and optionally your name and any message you send. When you make a purchase, payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your email address to deliver download links for what you've purchased, to send updates you've opted into, and to respond to messages you send us. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Where it's stored

Order and account data is stored in Cloudflare D1. Audio files are stored in Cloudflare R2 and are never publicly accessible — downloads require a signed, time-limited link tied to a completed purchase.

Cookies

We use a single, essential session cookie for admin login. We don't run third-party ad tracking or sell behavioral data.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time. To request deletion of your data, contact us via the contact page.
