These terms govern your use of focustracks.com and any digital products purchased through it ("FocusTracks"). FocusTracks is operated by VILLARENOVA LLC. By using this site or buying a session or bundle, you agree to these terms.
What FocusTracks is
FocusTracks sells guided hypnosis audio recordings as digital downloads, created by a certified hypnotherapist. These recordings are a relaxation and self-improvement tool. They are not medical or psychological treatment, are not a substitute for professional care, and make no promise of any specific result. If you are working with a doctor or other licensed professional, continue that care — these recordings are meant to sit alongside your life, not replace any part of it. Do not change or stop any prescribed medication without consulting your doctor. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services.
Who this is for
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from FocusTracks. Do not listen to any session while driving or operating machinery — these recordings are designed for deep relaxation and require your full attention to stay safe.
Digital products and licensing
When you buy a session or bundle, you're purchasing a personal, non-transferable license to download and listen to that audio for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly perform, broadcast, or share the audio files with anyone else. All recordings remain the copyrighted property of VILLARENOVA LLC.
Payment
Checkout is not yet open. When it launches, payment will be processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Applicable sales tax or VAT will be calculated and collected at checkout where required.
Downloads
After a successful purchase, you'll receive a secure, time-limited link to download your audio file. Download links expire after a set period — see your order confirmation for details. If your link expires before you've downloaded your file, contact us through the contact page for help.

No guarantees
Guided hypnosis affects everyone differently. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, experience, or result from listening to a FocusTracks recording.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
