My story
Why FocusTracks exists, in my own words.
I'm Benny. I'm a certified hypnotherapist, and FocusTracks exists because of something that happened to me, personally, a few years back.
For a long time, I lived with anxiety and panic that showed up whenever it wanted — at work, late at night, in the middle of ordinary days that had no reason to go sideways. It was exhausting in a way that's hard to explain unless you've lived it.
I did what most people are told to do. I went the conventional route: I saw doctors, followed what was recommended, and gave it an honest, sustained try. It helped in some ways. But it also left me feeling dulled — flatter, quieter inside, like someone had turned a volume knob down on me. I didn't feel like myself.
A few years ago I trained and became a certified hypnotherapist, partly out of curiosity about how the mind works, and partly because I was still looking for something. Somewhere in that training, I started using hypnosis on myself — and it changed things for me. I started feeling more like the person I remembered being.
That's the entire reason FocusTracks exists. I wanted to build the kind of recordings I wish I'd had back then — for calm, for settling into focus, for quieting the pull toward distraction — and share them with anyone curious enough to try.
This was my experience. Yours may be different. I'm not a doctor, and nothing here is medical advice — talk to yours before changing anything about your care.
What this is, and what it isn't
FocusTracks recordings are a relaxation and self-improvement tool. They're designed to help you relax, settle into focus, and notice distraction with a bit more ease. They are not a substitute for professional care, and they aren't intended to address any specific condition. If you're working with a doctor or another licensed professional, keep doing that — these recordings are meant to sit alongside your life, not replace any part of your care.
